I partied for 25 years here, and there.
Luckily never injured anyone.
I stopped doing that almost 20 yrs ago now.
I remember wondering why aren't the cops
sitting outside the worst bars. ????
They just did not.
Not biker bars, racial fight bars. girlie bars.
It might be because some number of cops
drank in their cars and sponsored gambling
in certain bars.
