First and foremost, I want to thank all of you for your support. Everyone at Life Clips® Inc. (LCLP) has had a very busy & successful 60 days and our plans are for it to get bigger and better. For those that just started becoming familiar with (LCLP) here is some of our recent accomplishments:
Tuesday May 3, 2016 (LCLP) announced a binding letter of intent to purchase Israeli battery maker, Batterfly Energy, ltd owner of Mobeego®, an affordable & award winning one time use tetherless, disposable battery that plugs directly into one’s mobile device, iPad, or action camera. Monday June 6, 2016 it was announced that (LCLP) was taking all necessary action to up-list to the OTCQB® Venture Market Place. (full release can be read here).
On Friday June 10, 2016 Life Clips® announced that the company had successfully up-listed to the OTCQB Venture Market Place and that (LCLP) signed and entered into a definitive agreement for the acquisition of Batterfly Energy, ltd. (full releases can be read here).
These aforementioned announcements and the swift execution of these announcements are but a small example of how we conduct business at Life Clips®, Inc. We say what we do and then very quickly and professionally do what we say, which allows us to hopefully create a real trust with you, our shareholders. This as well allows us to conduct ourselves with integrity; something that is not always present with a “Penny Stock” Company.
Currently Mobeego® is in 14 different countries including the U.S.A and is in over 1000 retail stores worldwide and we anticipate many more on the way both abroad and within the U.S. The July 1, 2016 Mobeego® Full / Hard U.S. Launch is quickly approaching and everyone at (LCLP) is extremely excited especially since we have been communicating with several big box retailers within the U.S. and these conversations so far have been extremely positive.
With all the excitement surrounding Mobeego® it’s important to remember that Life Clips® is not a “1 trick pony.” The LifeClips 4k Action Camera has several key features that competitors do not come standard with, such as an internal gyroscope for greater image stabilization, built in motion detection for activation, and a 12 mega-pixel image camera. The LifeClips® camera will come with video options of 4k, 2k, 1080p and 720p. The camera will come with a standard 32GB memory card. The LifeClips® camera will also feature burst mode, time lapse & looping video modes.
In addition to the aforementioned features it’s worth mentioning that other competing models retails for $399 and $499 while the LifeClips® 4k Action Camera retails for $189.99 USD. Pre-Sale is currently underway for the LifeClips® 4k Action Camera and we anticipate shipping to consumers at the end of June.
