The hand wringing from the right over alleged 'brainwashing' overlooks the fact that there have always been schools that do it and student who are susceptible to it.
Many 'products' of such schoolin' are now Fox News viewers.
However the best schools still deliver students who can think critically, analytically, with a coherent core of historical and scientific knowledge. Math skills too!
Not rated are a host of parochial and 'other' private HS's that historically have graduated fewer 'brainwashed graduates than do lower rated schools, and which send a very high % of grads to
the better U's and colleges, State and private.
Try exhibiting less 'brainwashing' in your posts before lamenting it in our schools. Just sayin'.
