Additionally, Fitch rates Crown's 3.4% senior notes due 2021 'BBB-'. Crown is offering $250 million of additional notes under the same terms as the $600 million 3.4% senior unsecured notes issuance previously completed on Feb. 8, 2016 and due in 2021.
