The disc provided at the deposition shows a different time on the email.
You ASSumed it was my email. I was simply forwarded the email exchange. I think the "alleged time discrepancy" has to do with the fact the Defendant is on the left coast.
Notice what Mary sent Emily.

Mary's email at the bottom of the post would have been sent at 12:53 pm EST, but showed up in the inbox in CA at 9:53 am PST.
Nothing was out of order, you simply ASSumed I made the request. I didn't post any of the Defendant's info because Southern Gal loves to remove posts for privacy violations. Of course it really doesn't matter who had the exchange, Mary confirmed that was everything.
Area 1 and 3 were tabled at the time. Area 2 is issued, and Juno is tabled until the admiralty arrest is obtained.
There weren't amendments filed to Area 1 or 3 last fall as a lender said. If there were they would have been on that disc. That was the context of the post.
But what does that post have to do with SFRX v The Exterminator? What I posted was absolutely correct. The fact you ASSumed I made the request, and maybe Huffman did too, but I have never said I made the RFI under Chap 119.
