From the beginning of this whole fiasco I really felt Leo told some big pharm to take a hike on a bad offer for B or K or B and K.... I've tried to get on board with this short agenda. but really let's look at the facts this assault was straight at Leo and Menon in a huge attempt to discredit them, make them give up the goods. the long shareholders held on like a cult due to the openess and honesty of them two guys. The assualts started on the trials and the drugs trying everything to down play each one, every trial... then the assault on management again, even by some of the previously respected long term investors and posters (who have most likely given up their long position already) but the cult like investors held strong through an all out assualt through a lawsuit..... do you think that pharam is nervous about things being traced backed to them doesn't seem like it! but you know what happens to those who think they are untouchable? Companies like Cellceutix end up owning them. Cellceutix had weathered the storm and still has enough to weather more but you know what .... there are other big pharmas out there that are going to pull the trigger and partner at a good price, it's like a game of chicken at this point.... When do you give up the ghost? Sullivan is going to keep digging the longer this goes the deeper the dig. I wouldn't trust mako or rosen to keep their mouths shut with the trouble they are facing! Trust me if Sullivan or the company or the sec need anything from me or any other investor, we have a lot of information that points to several folks to include specific posters and even specific MMs and the companies they work for right PUMA bitch!

The time is almost there where one pharma is going to give the $$$$$$$ and Cellceutix will be on its way to the next JAZZ!
