Swingle. I feel your pain on that. Because of circumstances out of my control I had to take a loss a while back, and choose to get my shares back when it all got straightened out. I bought back in because I still have large confidence in this company, Bill, and James. None of them have personally done anything that would make me think differently.
It is a real shame that we all have to go through this, but, it is what it is and nothing can be done at this point.
As to , 'accountability' , what exactly is it you want ? FITX is under investigation at this point and should not, IMO, start speaking on that subject until such a time as it is professionally and accurately dealt with by the company and the SEC.
There has been a lot of data posted concerning what happened years ago, and who the players were. James and Bill had nothing to do with any of that. It has to do with stock manipulation because of a bogus debt scheme by others. Plain and simple and the SEC, IMO is not after FITX or the executives which are current. They are after the stock manipulators who were involved in several other scams at the same time as well.
Now, this is all pretty much known by everyone who has been in this for some time now. So, when you ask for , 'accountability' , I think what gets lost in the message is.....Who exactly are you asking for that accountability ? No person here can or should attempt to give you that. We are all stuck in the same place and complaining about it really amounts to rubbing salt in a sore and when folks feel the pain, they strike out. Mainly, because there is no reason at this time to even discuss what we can do nothing about, and I can guarantee we know only a small portion of the larger picture.
We are bought in and to sell now is agreeing to take a loss at this range. I for one am simply not willing to do that. Besides, I know for a fact we will not be here forever. Nothing is forever.
