I think the vast majority of sales they are posting for NTGL are wash trades meant to indicate that the pps below a penny is real. I can't imagine anybody selling NTGL for less than 2 cents and the real value is 3 cents. If you look at the ask for any period of time the majority of sellers are at .03. I am accumulating as much as I can under .01.
