Someone on the other board pointed out that the 3,000,000 fraud settlement shares should be completely sold out in about 32 trading days...so about the first week of August. That sounds about right since there are about 250 trading days in a year and those sales started around August of last year.
Given that there hasn't been any positive news from the company since EcoNav announced the sale of an additional 30 processors (which never materialized either), I think the end of the settlement share sales will be treated as material news by investors here.
Historically, the tape painters have come in and painted the ask with small trades and that has been followed up by 'long and strong' investors providing heavier bid support. I don't doubt that leading up to the end of the fraud settlement sales or shortly after, the stock might hit $0.05x$0.07 or even $0.06x$0.08. There might be an opportunity for you longs to double your money as long as you don't put in too much and move the tape. No guarantee, only speculation on my part, but it seems very possible.
