It would seem that over on IHUB the longs are debating the shorters about the SEC apparently asking for an extension on the suit against old Treaty BOD. Why would they need one? This suit has been in existence for a long time, why would they need an extension? Could it be that the SEC case is a tad weak???? Need more time to try and shore it up??? Something is going on here fellow longs....maybe things aren't as bleak as once thought...anyone here got extra "covers" they can send to poor TD, against, and the other fools on IHUB 'cause it sure is getting cold over there....

The SEC is obvioulsy DOOMED now, what ever motnh they choose to take this to court.
The SEC is asking for an extension hoping this will just fade away.
I think Everyone knows the HIGH RANKING SEC OFFICIAL that approved the case written and edited by the Hallin Plaintiffs now knows he was bamboozled and is doing everything in his power to avoid this going to court.
Hoping the HARD DRIVE is never made public. FACT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
