grab the rudder, take the redtail and pluck it
debone & cut up the meat
add your JD - 1/2 cup should do it (buy jameson's next time)
add 2 teaspoons of soy
then mince a clove of garlic
add a splash of celery seed
add salt n' peppa
add some cooking oil to a HOT skillet
and fry the redtail until the JD's got the consistency of molasses.
pu-pu-pu-push it.
push it real good.
