Dresser from its board of directors and the board of directors of its wholly owned subsidiary, Sturgis Bank & Trust Company. On May 1, 2016, Mr. Dresser announced his departure from the law firm Dresser, Dresser, Haas and Caywood P.C. As a result of his departure, Mr. Dresser was deemed to have resigned from the boards of directors of the Company and Sturgis Bank & Trust as required by the Company's Bylaws.
