Hangoverjoesfan, I agree with you 100%, but I think we also have the SEC to worry about, how much longer can we go without filing if we wait? I'm not sure, the sec will stop companies from trading if it is in the best interest of the shareholders and I believe what hjoe is doing is in the interest of the shareholders, but then again I'm not sure there is a time limit, I'm certainly not an expert
