I'm all for HJOE taking folks to task, but remember ego or better know as pride can destroy a company too. Better to lick your wounds and move on before pride takes you down. Sub penny land is dirty and if you survive you are better off than 99% of the other companies that didn't make it out. Move on and count your blessings. Settle or win but don't drag this out any more than it needs. Not staying tuck your tail between your legs I'm just saying be smart and move on. This company has grown and continues to grow and there is no need to prove it anymore than the sales and earnings and growth. These actions speak louder than any "get even" lawsuit. Just my thoughts.
