Take a look at the AVXL manipulation today. They announce that they've gotten orphan drug designation to try their drug for seizures in children. Boom! Stock goes DOWN 19 cents.
But now that people who were silly enough to put stops on their shares were stopped out -- had them sold when it hit low levels -- magically the stock is now UP 3 cents. (and of course it should have gone up on that good news).
So don't think that CTIX is the one stock that manipulators move with impunity.
