Does anyone know if KBM has been this deep in a lawsuit before? Has any other company pushed it this far? Did the Kramer Brothers win any before they lost and were banned from the OTC market and splintered off KBM to restart the business? I would think that KBM has an exit strategy to this, they certainly can't just roll over since they filed more than 10 exactly worded lawsuits on the same day they did with HJOE. They have to be trying to figure out how to get this to an end as well. Think we see that NDA and a settlement but I think it will be pushed to the final moments before that happens to not give the impression that they are "easy targets" They are in big trouble here if it appears you can beat these loans with just slight resistance. In the end there is no way they want to straight up lose with a court decision, that would put KBM out of business. Anyone that has a loan with them would employ the same strategy as HJOE as does KBM with their rubber stamped lawsuit.
