So is Huffman "credible" with this question of Mary? Is this the great investigation Kyle speaks of?

6 court reporter, and I don't know how many copies
7 were there, but I have a copy of what I'm going to
8 mark as Plaintiff's Exhibit No. 1 for your
9 deposition. This is a posting that is posted --
10 just for the record -- by an individual who goes by
11 the name of "small caps market", and it's dated
12 Sunday February 14th, '16, at 5:32 p.m. And I'm not
13 going to ask you anything other than related to the
14 first time an e-mail from Mary confirming Seafarer
15 has no permit , and then the quotations apparently of
16 some e-mails.
17 Could you review that document for a
18 minute? Let me know when you're ready.

22 that document. I want to state on the record to
23 counsel that any e-mails from Dr. Glowacki speak for

23 permits under 1A-31 with your bureau?
24 A. Yes.
25 Q. That's all I have as to that document.
But here's the document. I posted permits PENDING as lenders were suggesting they were pending. I never posted they had no permits, yet that's what he asked Mary.

So is Kyle paying Huffman to file another bogus complaint, such as he did in the current suit claiming the company lost contracts, the Defendant banned posters, and they had full transition to recovery?
