Thank you for the 100% accurate follow up. My moment was geared towards the idiot and I didn't even think to get into that level of detail but youre right. I especially like the added point that there isn't enough authorized shares for all the preferred shares to convert to common, I always took the conversion factor into account computing assumed market caps and pps but never saw the significance that most of the preferred can't be converted even if they wanted to.
