Like I pointed out before, KBM has withdrawn lawsuits against companies that became current after the lawsuit was filed. If HJOE says we'll file if you agree to to abide by the original contract and convert the 43K, wouldn't that be acceptable? You guys are talking about 100's of millions of gains in shareholder value that all depends on the outcome of a 43K lawsuit. You're predicting a .15 share price which is a 300 million market cap, but that $297 million gain in shareholder value all depends on what happens with this 43K lawsuit. You don't see how absurd that is?
