no chance of winning. I think we lose sight of the harsh words in
the press release about toxic lenders. I would be very leery of
HJOE if I was KBM. Putting things in writing like Veal did, should
head as a warning. If KBM thinks its a bluff, then go to the table.
The only problem is the cards that both have to play. KBM can no longer
go to the table with marked cards and make they rules up as if they
were the house, this time. HJOE's lawyers like their hand a lot.
lets see how each approach the table.
I assume KBM will still go in-now. But once some of the cards are slowly
turned over, Like in Texas Hold'em, I see them folding.(as their odds
shrink on every flip of a new card.)
