All valid points. Rather than post that here you could send a polite but "to the point" EM to Jeff and there's a good chance he will provide SH's another update within a few days. Jeff@ntek.com. That is my personal track record with Jeff when contacting him and although he may not answer all your questions he usually comes thru and "something" is better than "nothing".
I do believe the company is doing all they can to get NTEK and UF to a point where we will be a real force in the streaming video market. Unfortunately they are cash strapped and understaffed and because of this SH's sometimes get shortchanged. This is why MGT needs to be reminded we are out here supporting our investment both by word of mouth and our investment $$.
