I'm not sure what GRCU mgt is really doing to incr

I'm not sure what GRCU mgt is really doing to increase shareholder value or equity. The PPS post RS is down and hence shareholders equity. Also, The drop in AS was not at the same ratio as the RS and they can change the AS at any time.

I am hopeful that even if GRCU mgt does nothing in the short term, perhaps GRCU can get some "pull through" PPS upward movement if MJ/MMJ is rescheduled.
