I'm on the side of shareholders. Everyone agrees that the share price would rise once the filings are made and the stop sign removed. The only way that happens is for HJOE to get current. And the reason they are not current is over a potential 3% increase in the OS. To put that in perspective, with 2 billion OS at .0015 the market cap is 3 million. Add 3% and that's 2,060,000,000 shares OS. The market cap would be 3 million at a share price of .001456. That's a difference of .000044 per share. That's what they're fighting over.
