I saw the reference to California's recreational rights too, but I'll admit I don't see how they could do it while the fed has it at schedule 1, and then not be able to do it once it's a schedule 2. Makes no sense since the fed should be less apt to go out of their way to crack down on any use once it's no longer a schedule 1 drug. Right now it's schedule 1 and shouldn't be legal at all, yet in several states it's not only legal for medicinal purposes but recreational as well, and the fed hasn't done much to stop it. Then again, a lot of government logic isn't logical at all. lol
