Good thing the company isn't watching the grass grow. They are moving forward on several fronts. New product line, Korea, Europe, Canada just to name a few. Whatever happens with this case they will still be there growing bigger. If this goes to trial and by some chance KBM wins. By the time they do I think HJOE would be in a position to pay it off in cash since I can't see any judge awarding their ridiculous late fees. Or force the company to give them shares in lieu of cash. After all that's what KBM wants is just a fair equitable return on their loans unless of course you think they'll tell the court something different, like the truth about their loans.
