No doubt it's because Mr. Heddle has some assets to lose if he re-iterates Mr. Bordynuik's fake claims and is charged with fraud. Mr. Bordynuik didn't seem to have much to lose but Mr. Heddle has an actual business he owns. Mr. Heddle saw that the SEC charged Mr. Bordynuik directly with fraud so he can see his own skin wouldn't be protected by the corporate shield either. Mr. Heddle might have to be a little more low key when he fibs to investors. I think investors had a strong case for fraud against Mr. Heddle when he withheld material information about the plant being completely out of commission for six months...but nobody charged him so he's still golden.
PTOI was put together to swindle investors and, as much as you investors fought the skeptics over the years, it doesn't change that fact. Think about why Mr. Bordynuik and Mr. Heddle have you chase that carrot around and around the calendar. Think about why the company seems to have bad luck over and over and over and over again. Does the company have broken mirrors and spilled salt everywhere...or is there some underlying reason which only makes it appear that the company has the worse luck ever despite supposedly having a billion dollar technology??
