Nanoco , along with Nanosys Inc, QD Vision Inc and Quantum Materials Corp are the four biggest makers of quantum dots .

.....it seems displays/lighting mkt is that which needs are not being met by Dow/Nanoco. Out of the 4 acknowledged, I wonder whom would be able to scale according to need(s).
