I think your wrong about that .companies will do a class action for the fact it becomes cheaper as a group to go after them . If by chance the small penny stock companies wipe out some of these dirty toxic lenders . The remaining will obide by the laws or new ones will be created that follow the laws . There is to much money to be made legally for lenders to walk away.
