The SEC has proven to be a massive waste. They have the time to investigate Barry over a technicality, but the ongoing outright lies posted elsewhere are not addressed despite myself and others repeatedly reporting them. I was careful to report only Blatant lies, mostly by golddouche, such as "the SEC has shut Baltia Down", "The FAA pulled the plug".... Seems pretty obvious that if you claim on a public Stock related message board that the SEC or FAA made a statement, you'd better be able to back it up. Well, I for one am extremely disappointed.
