this much bad blood between the two camps that
a lot of documented discussions/evidence" could have
been made.(whether that be e-mails,faxes, or other provable
evidence-message board aliases,stock manipulating , auditor
mandates.. etc. etc.)When emotions run hot, people do not think
about their conduct and how it can come back to be used against
them......If these exist, above, that can have a profound effect
on KBM going forward and tame the beast.(Potentially)
If KBL's lawyers know that their clients are involved in these
tactics-behaviors than I cant see them wanting to get involved.
Lawyers will take cases for money, but they also have big egos's
too ,with winning.
I think you are correct, but it depends what happened behind
the scenes. We all ready can see the use of paid shills and
it goes way deeper than that, as we know.
For KBM to go after a mere$ 64,000 dollars ,plus, a penalty really is very
short sided and time consuming. They could be spending their
money on leeching new companies and using their bashers in
a more useful way. JMHO and giving the mb a counter-point.
Your point is very true and valid...
Risk vs reward
