Prurisol completed phase 2 beautifully! I'm guessing a phase 2b/3. Before stupid comments on that it means it is one phase just adaptive, will roll seamless into 3 after dose optimization. I think if there isn't a deal done in the very near future, once the FDA agrees to the trial setup the partner will jump in, just a little less risk and paper work at that time. IMO (that means In My Opinion)
The B-UP trial is phase 2 with 18 patients... must be some strong evidence showing through in the B-OM trial, that was the rule to starting B-UP if I recall correctly. And a small patient group approved by the FDA means we are looking at dosing opptimization options. This should be easy to get approval and and then head after chrones and other such pains in the ass! IMO of course (Sullivan is taking care of our pains though)
B-ABSSI ohhhh la la a new first in class antibiotic one dose(one time) no SASE (severe adverse side effects) about to start a world wide phase 3 trial. Already shown to be comparable if not better than the gold standard currently available! Oh yeah it doesn't have to treat all the planned patients and could be approved for use part way through the phase, bet there is a partner close by when this trial starts up!
Dont forget once B-ABSSI is completed phase 3 there is a company that has been ordering a fair amount to test on devices - that company name alone attached to B could cause a great stir!
K almost ready to launch into its phase 2 for ovarian cancer, if this works in combo like expected, expect to see someone really wanting to get on board (someone really big) to be part of the K platform.
