Soft bashing article posted elsewhere, purporting to describe the dismissal of Rosen's BS shareholder suit, but stating things in a way that slyly implied CTIX actually should not have prevailed -- all I can say is, when you see someone claiming to do analysis of a lawsuit on a website purporting to have to do with the law, and the author writes " he had went to....." -- well, you know how seriously to take it.
Amusing that grammatically-challenged posters elsewhere would post a grammatically-challenged article filled with innuendo.
Wouldn't it be interesting to know if someone from the Rosen firm was interviewed, or placed that article, or wrote that article?
