TedJ Observation: Steve is the most un-independent member of the board and in order to up-list to the NASDAQ, the company needs an independent BOD. So Steve stepping down makes sense for the company.
Let management run the companies (QMC, QMA & Solerra) and let the independent BOD look out for the interests of the shareholders like they are suppose to. This is the basic concept behind the NASDAQ requirement.
Totally Agree and absolutely love Sri as our CEO. We're set to achieve the goals set forth by investors. Also Steve laid the groundwork for Star Park, he is more than qualified to get the reactor humming in Hong Kong
