"Each pallet held 100 master cases or 14,400 shots. A 20 foot container holds 10 pallets or 144,000 shots. A 40 foot container holds 20 pallets or 288,000 shots. Of course I think there was some sales material included which took up some space. "
Standard is 40' and first one shipped i recall as being a 20' (or half the standard). At 144K bottles and $0.85/gal - that is another $122K in revenue per 20 footer. I remembered the 144 but wasn't sute if i was confusing that with the 144 bottles to a master case.
If a TRO is granted - hopefully we will see updated filins and a PR shortly thereafter. While they cant discuss specifics of the case, they could announce that the temporary injunction was granted and they will become current in filing. This will not only allow investors to see the real numbers/story emerge but should also dramatically increase the stock price which will minimize the impact later on ifKBM is allowed to convert later on. Much harder to olay the nake shorting game of a stock trading in the pennies with a known cash position, documented growth, and expected continued growth vs a cash strapped company trading in trips that hasnt started revenue producing results/operations in earnest. KBM knows that. HJOE knows that. What side will the judge fall on...?
