that was from original agreement Japan agreement. CK agreement was supposed to mirror the original agreement in terms of sales numbers but territory was going to change.
company only confirmed one shipment to CK last year and they were ramping up for one this year as they relabeled the product for the new formula to meet changing regulations. they have discussed the pear extract as part of the formulation. they showed new packaging a month or two ago. there was no follow up on whether or not that shipped. on original shipment - i dont remember if they confirmed actual size of first order. if memory serves - it was half a container...? there should be revenue from that order as it was half prepaid.
X10 - i dont think you are crazy. just thinking you may have read/interpreted it differently. language such as "on target to meet" is MUCH different than "we have met or exceeded." maybe they posted it and quickly took it down for strategic reasons. i certainly hope you are correct that they had met/exceeded at that point.
Canada should be a large driving force quickly once they get that one moving. since the crackdown on Caffeine and the humor aspect of the brand being a net positive in Canada - this should take off. not sure about LTCG energy shot. my guess is they would rebrand that for foreign markets due to limited exposure outside the states.
for the sake of the model - i went with what is somewhat independently verifiable in speaking with dealers/what has been made publicly available. i didnt put CK revenues in because i couldnt remember what the actual delivery was or if they announced it. 1/2 container sticks out but i will have to look at notes to see what they considered a full container (x # of master cases which are 144 bottles - (6) cases of (2) 12 packs).
again - this all goes to show the price is undervalued and the company is far from being insolvent...
