Discussion with Armen - thanks to Instatrader!
Q: The market seems to be taking yesterdays statement on home health care acquisitions as though the company is literally "starting over" Whats the case?
A: The government just made regulatory changes and announced them 6/9/16... ( I found what he was referencing here: https://www.cms.gov/Research-Statistics-Data-...rview.html ) We consider ourselves LUCKY because we actually had an executed purchase agreement and were JUST ABOUT to give a deposit when this news came out. We did not give that deposit, and are only losing minor legal fees as a result. We only mentioned this because of the purchase agreement that had been signed. We are ACTIVE in talks with other companies. People shouldnt think that was all we were looking at.
Q: Whats going on with the permits?
A: Our architect spent the ENTIRE day at miami city hall clearing up any issues they had. Only thing left is a stamp that will be given when the OWNER of the building (not us) PROVES he paid a fee that he already has...
