I think the Schwab person is saying that Schwab does not take any action to cancel shares.
Note Casey's question about shares being "Cancelled by Schwab"
FINRA does the canceling.
Perhaps a better question would be something like:
"After the bankruptcy hearing on June 23rd, will FINRA cancel my shares ?
What will be in my account after June 23 for ARIOQ ?"
