I think criminal charges will have the biggest impact....its huge if it happens and really drives a stake through the heart of the Rosen allegations..if CTIX becomes worth billions then any civil damages are negligible in the big picture....different story if criminal intent is attached to this assault..its a good case imo...lots of damaged mom and pop shareholders and a corporate victim (CTIX) whose core business is saving lives...false allegations demonstrably (and laughably) false
