X10 – think you are absolutely right it will be magical. Just my thoughts, strategically it maybe better to hold the new product announcement / launch until after 11 July, when both motions are briefed. Keeping your cards close, not letting KBM legal know potential revenue grow limits their money grab during settlement. By not releasing the new product keeps all leverage during settlement negotiations on Hangover Joe’s side.
As for the new product my money is still on scented suppositories with a touch of Tabasco, designed just for Asher brother.
