the SEC says otherwise.
i trust, rather, i know what is printed in black & white over what any distributor says regarding uplist regulations. how would Madbeez know about those rules anyways? Corporate can't even get all of the information into those forms without having to withdraw the form10.
uplisting can occur ONLY when the company is REGISTERED as fully reporting UPON FINALIZATION of form 10.
