Leo has made it clear on many occasions that a partnership is a priority. The jerks on other boards are trying to scare prospective investors, pretending that he needs to be urged to make a deal and is somehow dragging his feet (false), and that making a deal is totally in his control (false). The last time I looked, it took 2 parties to make a deal -- and if one of them isn't yet ready to pay up (Big Pharma) then it is not Leo's fault that a deal hasn't yet been made -- AS FAR AS WE KNOW.
Leo wants to make a deal, but he is not going to be forced into a bad deal because some bashers posting under multiple identities keep calling for it. He's going to make a deal when he thinks he's been offered a fair deal.
It should go without saying that he, as the largest shareholder, profits from an increase in the company's share price (despite a moron on another board claiming to have more invested in CTIX than Leo does, LOL ). He also knows exactly how foolish it would be to give away intellectual property at less than its value.
I know that YOU know this, LL, I'm posting this for any newbies who may be learning about the stock.
