I suspect that Australia or India is the site of the "overseas" Brilacidin-UP trial. FDA is very willing to accept Australian results for U.S. approval. However, since CTIX already has a relationship with Dr. Reddy company for manufacturing in India, that is probably the most likely. Contacts at Dr. Reddy could probably smooth the pathway.
Other boards keep focusing on EU countries. I am doubtful but of course as with all speculations, I could be wrong.
