"The Company believes that implementing a reverse stock split will allow a broader range of financial institutions to invest in the Company’s stock. Some institutions are prohibited from purchasing stocks with prices below a certain threshold. By essentially raising the price of our stock, we are potentially increasing trading volume attracting investors who are capable of providing more stability for our stock and potentially infusing more cash flow to support important growth initiatives."
Hmmmm... Must be a good reason for the r/s.

They knew there would be a sell off, so...
Makes sense to wait for the pps to drop before announcing the MKT acquisition completion and agreements, in order to initiate the kick start from a lower level.
I don't think K n K go to all their troubles with getting current and pursuing a revenue source for nothing.
Remember, it was a PRELIMINARY 14C statement, so more is sure to come. We simply don't know what is going on behind the scene.
I am sad that so many smaller investors got wiped out. I would like to see them award those who got wiped out a prorated share amount that would at least give them something. They did invest in the company in good faith. IMO
