Found the judge.....Failla...great credentials...recent 2012 appointment....both Failla and Rosen are Harvard Alums..doubt that politics will have much to do with a clear case like this but Ashcroft could not be more old school GOP...Sullivan as well (appointed by Bush)....Failla nominated by Dem and appointed by one as well.
