GNB Financial Services, Inc. (the "Corporation", the bank holding company for The Gratz Bank, reported unaudited net income for the year ended December 31, 2015, of $2,611,000, a $1,171,000, or 81.3% increase, from the same period in 2014. Basic and diluted earnings per share for the year 2015 were $3.52 compared to $2.28 for the year 2014, or a 54.4% increase. President and CEO, Wesley M. Weymers commented, "We are very pleased to report the consummation of a very successful acquisition of the First National Bank of Minersville, FNBM.
