A/S to Be Lowered to 100M-120M Shares.
That's according to Bennie B. Here's a recent note from him on Facebook:
Bennie Blankenship: "I confirmed the AS will be reduced down to between 100-120MM post RS maybe lower. OS around 80MM as previously stated."
If true, it's good news, but something still doesn't add up. With a 25.1:1 R/S and a 120M A/S and 80M O/S, that only leaves 40M shares for growth. At 0.10 a share, that's only $4M—half of what's needed for NTEK's growth/expansion plans.
Maybe they are planning to secure funding from a partner for the $8M-$10M needed for growth. Or, maybe they are expecting the PPS to more than double to cover their growth/expansion plans.
I'm not sure.
