Amen,very well thought out and said. One of my first posts here
I touched upon the negatives that KBM would face the longer this
went on. Right now, we have a pissing match. But the more KBM
is in the news, the more exposure they bring to their industry/sector.
I wouldn't be surprised at all if they want to press the envelope, that other
companies came forward and filed a grievance. The more public this
becomes, the more of a spotlight they put on themselves and other entities
like themselves. Arrogance/emotions a lot of times blinds people with
reality or the ability to make prudent decisions. Sometimes you should walk away and not destroy the golden goose.
This is like sitting at the finals of the World Series of Poker. Who is going to
blink,bluff, or get caught. Id be afraid to see what HJOE has on them. HJOE
could be baiting these guys into coming to the table and putting their chips in. If they have anything in writing that was rumored, then they have a great hand.
HJOE has shown to be very resilient here. Most/ to all other companies wouldhave folded the tent by now. Instead HJOE is growing by counters,territories,SMS, and CureKorea.
I have spoken with Frank and Don a couple times and I can tell you they are
amazing people, brilliant marketers, and just as determined as their partners in HJOE. I wouldn't bet against their success with products or with a legal team.
