Good analysis Mo. As soon as I read Leo's email it was clear to me that he is continuing to tell us that things on his end are going well and to plan.
I belive partnership discussions have now begun and the timing of completion is only a matter of how flexible Leo is with what he is willing to accept. If he is playing hard ball, it may be a long and difficult process. If he rolls over, it will likely happen pretty fast. Regardless, I don't see it being a terribly quick process. Say Leo is able to quickly negotiate whatever he deems as a good deal, the partnering company will still have to approve the terms with both management and with legal. This will take time and will likely be the most frustrating part for CTIX. Knowing what little I know of capital expenditures by medium to large companies in other industries, I optimistically speculate multiple months of negotiations and approvals. Pessimistically, I am preparing for 6 months of negotiations and approvals. I really, really, really, hope that it does not come to that, but we all likely need to prepare for that reality. A BP is not going to make a deal unless they feel like they have negotiated the best terms, and minimized as much risk as possible with their money. So I have a feeling that they will put up some good fight.
All that said, I continue to be extremely excited in our progress and Leo's clear confidence as illustrated in his letter to us!!
