So, cart before the horse here.... Allied seems l

Allied seems like a bit of a suspicious repeat of a 10 year old PR and the man who signed his name to the letter of recommendation is apparently mostly retired and unavailable. Where is the value here? My only guess is say George can sell 10 retrofits, his staff of 5 or whatever it is in the factory would take months to turn that order around. Allied works on engines and hypothetically could complete the retrofit faster, their investment in Coates is therefore an investment in themselves.
Say Coates sells 100 retrofits, Allied does their share, Coates does their share, so who does the balance? If he can't work a deal with Cummins or anyone else who can mass produce and receive a licensing fee then are we dead in the water. Those companies who can do the work in a timely manner know they have GC by the shorthairs and, if negotiations are underway, they are certainly negotiating from a position of strength. First GC needs sales, then he needs manufacturing - we don't currently have either.
