It was an opportunity for flippers to create fake panic by saying it was going to 4 and buying all of the shares that were sold.

Anyone see any hesitation in L2 yesterday??? As soon as someone put up shares on the ask they were GONE BABY GONE.

I ran out of posts yesterday both here and the hub but was shaking my head all day. 9 should have been the floor but you have people creating panic by saying its going to 4 or it will be weeks if not months before we see fins...then the pps drops like a stone while those ppl are laughing all the way to the bank with your shares when this rebounds...which it will.

So frustrating to watch ppl fall for that.

To say the financials cannot be relied upon because they need to add a note for litigation is overkill. So they add the F'ing notes and they are done. The amount of detail you need to add to financials is not the amount of detail your attorney needs to know for litigation.

There is no reason why we should have to wait until they are 100% up to speed on every detail before Levy can add to the fins that someone is suing them and then say the amount. He basically did that yesterday. They know who it is and know the amounts of each. Then they should just add it to the notes.

Just a ridiculous amount of panic created here yesterday that was being perpetuated by the flippers and dragged everyone into that mess.

We now know why the fins are late. Let's get the notes added to the financials and move on. Jeezus.
